Terms of Service

These terms apply to VPNBig subscriptions for access to services in mainland China from abroad, cross-border access, and international routes. Before using the service, review its scope, billing rules, and refund terms. Check the plan details before placing an order. If you have questions about these terms, contact support through a user panel ticket.
Service Scope
VPNBig provides network acceleration and subscription management for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with international routes covering 110+ countries / 250+ routes. Clients and subscription access are available through the user panel; refer to the panel for current configuration details.
Access to services in mainland China and international routes serve different purposes. Choose a route based on the service you want to access. A network connection does not replace third-party platform accounts, content subscriptions, or authorization, nor does it guarantee ongoing access to content in any particular region. Third-party platforms determine their own account eligibility, content availability, and usage rules.
Accounts and Subscriptions
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login details and subscription URL secure. If you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and submit a ticket. Your subscription URL acts as an access credential and should not be posted publicly or shared with unrelated parties.
Unlimited simultaneous connections are available for the account holder’s own devices; this does not permit multiple people to share an account. Reselling subscriptions, renting accounts, publicly sharing credentials, or repackaging a subscription as another paid service is prohibited. VPNBig follows an anonymous no-logs policy. See the Privacy Policy for information handling practices; this policy does not replace your responsibility to safeguard account credentials.
Billing and Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. The two product types have different data rules; review the plan details before placing an order.
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket, identifying the relevant order and requesting a refund; no reason is required. Do not include your password or full subscription URL in a ticket. Refund progress and follow-up are handled through the ticket. These terms do not promise a specific processing time.
Lawful Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the terms of service of the websites or apps you access. You must not use this service to commit fraud, gain unauthorized access to another person’s systems, distribute malicious software, infringe intellectual property, disclose another person’s private information, or engage in other unlawful conduct.
You must not disrupt routes or other users’ normal use through automated abuse, malicious requests, or other means. If suspected violations arise, VPNBig may review relevant account and order information and take necessary measures to restrict access. Any response should be proportionate to the risk, and you may provide further information through a ticket.
Availability and Limitation of Liability
Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, the policies of the service you access, and maintenance changes. VPNBig does not guarantee access to every third-party app at all times or in all regions, and the number of routes does not guarantee speed in any particular situation.
If an issue occurs, first check the access direction, subscription status, and client configuration. Then submit a ticket with the error message and the name of the selected route. Issues caused by changes to third-party services or user configuration will be handled according to their actual cause. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or any statutory rights you may have.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
VPNBig may suspend access or terminate an account for unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious disruption of the service, or other serious breaches of these terms. You may request a review through a ticket. Disputes concerning orders, unused services, or refunds will be handled based on the facts, these terms, and applicable law.
When service rules change, this page will be updated with the month of the latest revision. Important changes to billing, refunds, or usage rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively diminish the legal rights associated with orders already placed. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and submit a ticket about your existing subscription.
