Account and Order Data
VPNBig processes data only as needed. You can create an account with a username and password; an email address is not required. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets. Account data is used to verify your identity, maintain your login session, link subscription benefits, and handle account requests.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, and transaction reference information. They are used to confirm payments, provide subscription services, verify data allowances, and process refunds. Details and attachments submitted in a support ticket are used only to address the issue. Please redact sensitive information such as passwords, payment credentials, and complete subscription links.
No-Logs Practices and Data Usage
VPNBig follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users access through its routes or retain browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history. This applies to network activity on the subscription service; it does not mean account, order, or support records are not kept.
This service does not persist per-connection logs linked to an account or create personal activity records containing source IP addresses, destination addresses, and connection times. Temporary session data needed to maintain a connection is released when the session ends and is not used as browsing history. Cumulative account traffic and remaining allowances are used to measure plan usage; they do not include destinations or content. These benefit records are handled separately from connection logs.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Analytics on the marketing site help us understand page visits, referral sources, and entry-point clicks, so we can assess whether information is clear and links work. Analytics are limited to use of the website and do not extend to content accessed through international routes. Do not include account passwords or other secrets in page URLs or feedback.
Cookies and local storage may be used for session identification, login credentials, and language preferences. Login credentials stored in your browser are used to authenticate user-panel requests, not to record browsing activity. You can restrict cookies or clear site storage in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again or select your preferences. Logging out and clearing local data do not delete order records stored on our servers.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or settlement channel, and their own rules govern how they handle data. VPNBig uses transaction results and linked order information to confirm benefits. You are not required to provide your third-party payment account password to this site.
To complete payment, service delivery, and support, necessary data may be shared with providers involved in the process, limited to what they need to perform that function. This service does not sell personal data. When disclosure is legally required, data is handled only to the extent required by applicable rules. Please refer to the published policies of third-party sites and services for their data practices.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Data is retained according to its purpose; there is no single retention period for all records. Account and subscription data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service. Order, refund, and dispute records are kept as required for reconciliation, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Support tickets and site analytics are used only as long as needed for support or analysis, then deleted or anonymized when their purpose is fulfilled and there is no further basis to retain them.
You can log in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. To prevent accidental deletion, we may verify account ownership before processing a request. Deletion may affect your ability to log in and use your subscription. Records that must be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding order will not be deleted with the account; any applicable restrictions will be explained when the request is handled.
Policy Updates and Questions
This page will be updated, including the month shown at the top, if data uses, processing procedures, or applicable requirements change. Important changes to processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be obtained through the relevant process.
